Missing GDI libraries

This is a Windows issue, at some stage in the history of this old PC someone has disabled windows updates see below:

For Windows 2000 users, the GDI+ libraries may not be installed on your computer, in which case you must download and install them prior to installing InstaCode, E3 or ProMaster Master-Keying 7.

What you need to do is download the GDI+ redistributable from www.microsoft.com. The file is called gdiplus_dnld.exe.  Once downloaded, extract the GDI+ libraries from gdiplus_dnld.exe and save them to the folder C:\WinNT\System32 (or other appropriate folder if your Windows is installed elsewhere).


Once you have placed this in the appropriate location, you just need to open InstaCode etc and it should be fine.
