Windows 10 update has removed the Firebird engine!

Overview

In July 2017, Microsoft started rolling out major updates for Windows 10 (starting with version 1709) that removes the Firebird database engine that both PM7 and E3 require to connect to their respective databases. The removal of Firebird stops both programs from operating.

Solution

Download and run on the application's server Win10_WHS_FB_Fix.exe from HERE

Win10_WHS_FB_Fix.exe must only be run on the computer that is the ProMaster Master Keying (or E3) Server.
